Alder & Anchor specializes in manufactured-home foundations, tie-down systems, leveling, and HUD-compliant additions and alterations. We believe structural and compliance work should be completed correctly, permitted properly, and supported by clear documentation.
Every project is overseen by Kurvin Gordon, a Certified Master Inspector with more than 25 years of homebuilding and construction experience. Kurvin began working in construction at age 15 and later served as a Commissioner over Building and Standards. His combination of hands-on experience and inspection expertise guides our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and honest communication.
Our compliance work is also reviewed by a licensed third-party professional engineer, providing an additional level of technical verification. We carry general liability insurance that exceeds Oregon’s minimum requirements, along with Errors and Omissions insurance for additional professional protection and accountability.
From the initial evaluation through permitting, repairs, installation, and final engineering certification, Alder & Anchor manages the process from beginning to end.
