In most cases, we can complete the evaluation and issue the engineering certificate the same day or by the following business day. If repairs or foundation upgrades are needed, we will explain the requirements and provide a clear path toward certification.

Kurvin began working in construction at age 15 and later served as a Commissioner over Building and Standards. His combination of hands-on construction knowledge and inspection expertise guides our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and honest communication.
